Although we have attempted to accurately represent all displayed items on the website, we cannot guarantee the colors of the fabrics over the internet and strongly recommend purchasing a swatch. All items are shipped after meticulous inspection. In the event that defects are found in the fabric, please notify us as soon as the defect is noticed. All damaged items or shortage claims must be reported within 15 business days of delivery. Cut, damaged, or goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Swatches and custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or customer receipt. Full refund will be issued in the same method, as when payment was collected, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please email all return inquires/requests at email@example.com.
Sale items are only shipped via UPS or Fedex, ground, overnight or 2-day, and charges are applied based on the weight, size, and insurance value of the package. Swatches are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $5.00.
For Australia and New Zealand customers, it will take 2-3 weeks, no tracking number will be provided.
For US customers, if it is Flat Rate selected, no tracking number will be provided.
