RETURN POLICY:
All items are shipped after meticulous inspection. In the event that defects are found in the fabric, please notify us as soon as the defect is noticed. All damaged items or shortage claims must be reported within 15 business days of delivery. Cut, damaged, or goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Swatches and custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip or customer receipt. Full refund will be issued in the same method, as when payment was collected, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Returns, Cancellations, and EU Withdrawal Requests
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery of the last item in the order, where eligible. Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Customers may request to cancel an order until the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process where eligible.
For customers located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order, unless an exemption applies. Products that are custom-made, made to order, cut to customer specifications, altered, or otherwise personalized may not be eligible for withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
